Coaching At Work offers either training workshops focused on the use of coaching skills in specific situations or one to one coaching. We have trained over 200 individuals and managers in coaching skills.

Workshops

The Coaching Lawyer A specialist programme that enables lawyers to use coaching skills to build strong and effective business relationships with colleagues and with clients.

The Coaching LeaderKnowledge workers demand a fundamentally different style of leadership than in the past. This programme equips those in leadership positions with the coaching skills to get the best out of their people.

Mentoring FundamentalsEquips managers with the skills to provide effective mentoring support.

Smarter Working - Helps individuals identify and deal with what’s stopping them work most effectively, such as time management, procrastination, lack of confidence, activity v. action…

Smarter Teams - Enhances the performance of teams by creating a common sense of purpose and skills to work for effectively with each other. This workshop can be combined with team building games through our partnership with Rhodes Events Management.
